Quality. Integrity. Fun.
That’s the MotherJana brand.
And I, MotherJana, am a gypsy soul with a heart of gold. (My mind ain’t half bad either.)
I am a freelance writer and editor who has worked with for-profit and nonprofit organizations including SHE Media, Babble.com, Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, Whyy.org, Paraclete Press, and Friends General Conference, among others. I have also taught writing for the past 12 years to both undergraduate and graduate students at Philadelphia-area colleges.
I am happy to work with small businesses and large corporations on email campaigns, blogging, social media, paper networking, and all kinds of storytelling.
Email email@example.com for more information and to discuss special rates for new clients.
“Having worked with Jana Rose for almost a decade now, I’m increasingly impressed with her creativity and professionalism. Her work is always top-notch and on time. I highly recommend her.” – J. Brent Bill, author and publisher
“Jana possesses the uncanny ability to sharpen a sentence of coal into a sparkling diamond, which of course entails being able to see a sentence’s true potential. In fact, Jana “sees” and shapes sentences as well as any writer or editor I have ever worked with. She manages to do what the best editors do: help the writer say what needs to be said in the strongest way possible. In my professional role, Jana has helped me sharpen fundraising appeals, newsletter articles, web copy, thought-leader op-eds, blogs, brochures and major gift proposals.” Bryan Schwartzman, nonprofit communications professional and award-winning journalist.
